About the mymedreview.nhs.uk website
The mymedreview.nhs.uk website is made available as part of the BRISMED Toolkit.
The BRISMED Toolkit has been made available to your practice as part of a clinical trial funded by National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Health Service and Delivery Programme (grant funding NIHR ref. 154205). The aim of the trial is to evaluate the effectiveness and acceptability of the Bristol Medication Review (BRISMED) Toolkit in comparison with usual general practice care. The trial is being sponsored by the University of Bristol and has been reviewed and approved by the West of Scotland Research Ethics Committee 1 and Health Research Authority (ref 24/WS/0031).
Your rights as a mymedreview.nhs.uk user
When you visit mymedreview.nhs.uk, you will be able to read some information about medication reviews. You will also have the opportunity to record some notes about what you might like to discuss at a medication review.
